One of the <a href=\"https:\/\/jonathanfish.com\/tokyo2020\/potential-purdue-athletes\/\">Purdue athletes being highlighted<\/a> by the university is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamusa.org\/usa-volleyball\/athletes\/Annie-Drews\">Annie Drews<\/a>. She is a member of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamusa.org\/usa-volleyball\">Team USA in volleyball<\/a>, a Mishawaka Penn graduate (not to be confused with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm3485845\/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1\">Adam Driver\u2019s<\/a> Mishawaka High School), and a Purdue graduate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Life in Japan for the Olympics won\u2019t be hard for her as she was the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.teamusa.org\/USA-Volleyball\/Features\/2020\/January\/26\/Drews-Leads-JT-Marvelous-to-Japan-V-League-Title\">Japan V-League championship game MVP<\/a> playing for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jti.co.jp\/knowledge\/marvelous\/index.html\">JT Marvelous team<\/a>. \u304a\u3081\u3067\u3068\u3046\u3054\u3056\u3044\u307e\u3059!<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">I had never heard of JT Marvelous \u2026 but it sure sounds Japanese. It seems JT Marvelous is in Nishinomiya, Hyogo, Japan and the JT stand for Japan Tobacco Ltd. Why not light up after a match? Go JT Marvelous.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-405 size-large bg-img bg-img-1\" src=\"https:\/\/jonathanfish.com\/tokyo2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/JT_marvelous_big.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"337\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jonathanfish.com\/tokyo2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/JT_marvelous_big.png 337w, https:\/\/jonathanfish.com\/tokyo2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/JT_marvelous_big-300x134.png 300w, https:\/\/jonathanfish.com\/tokyo2020\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/JT_marvelous_big-250x111.png 250w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 337px) 100vw, 337px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Nishinomiya is the home of the &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Koshien_Stadium\">Koshien Stadium<\/a> (use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hanshin.co.jp\/koshien\/global\/en\/\">this link<\/a> for the official website of the stadium), used by the <a href=\"https:\/\/hanshintigers.jp\">Hanshin Tigers<\/a> and also the home of the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/High_school_baseball_in_Japan\">two annual high school baseball tournaments<\/a>.
